By using Text 4 Info (“the service”, operated by Titus Murphy) you agree to the following terms. These terms mirror the consent language sent to you over SMS when you are approved for the service.

1. Acceptance

Sending any message to the service after your number has been approved constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy.

2. Service description and disclaimer

The service provides best-effort, AI-generated replies to user questions. The service can be wrong. Answers may be inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for independently verifying any information you rely on, especially for health, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

3. No warranty; hold harmless

  1. You agree to hold the developer harmless for any damages, real or imagined, that may result from the use of this service.
  2. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

4. Acceptable use

  1. You agree not to use this service for any illegal or immoral purposes.
  2. You agree not to use the service to send solicitation, loan, or lending traffic. Messages matching solicitation keywords are automatically blocked and flagged for operator review.
  3. You agree to the processing and storage of your messages and prompts, without disclosure, compensation, or any other obligation to you.
  4. You agree that you are legally located in an area where the above agreements are not prohibited.

5. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

6. Termination

  • You may terminate your use of the service at any time by replying STOP via SMS.
  • The operator may remove your number from the allowlist at any time, without notice, for any reason.

7. Messaging disclosures

  • Program: Text 4 Info — AI-generated replies to user questions sent via SMS.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies — messages are only sent in reply to user-initiated messages.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of residence of the operator. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
